"Customer service is trash"
I asked 4 times and was told that shipping could be expedited being that I needed my graphics card urgently. I didn’t have a card for 2 months. They sent it with basic ground shipping and 4 people left no notes or did anything properly. Seems pretty deliberate if 4 people can’t seem to do something simple.

"Avoid MSI Desktop PCs"
0/10. Bought a pc from them and everything that could break on a pc has broke on this one. I have had to replace the cooling system, power supply, and graphics card. This still did not leave me with a perfect PC as the OS has completely shut down before and after factory resetting the PC. DO NOT BUY.

"DON'T BUY MSI"
I wish I read these reviews before buying. The folks are correct, YOU have to pay to send it back for repairs. My so-called gaming machine overheated and crashed after a few months. I paid $90 with insurance to send it in for repair. No PC for two weeks, got it back and it won't even turn on. They are saying my only option is to send it back, again!

"Support does not exist"
I could not be more angry than this. Bought a keyboard off Amazon on a flash sale, MSI Vigor Elite GK50 - this was back in August.
We're in December, the keyboard just briefly shuts off sometimes, after many attempts I finally managed to get it on video: "nah0G_k-Twk" as YT ID.
No biggie, bought it on Amazon so I contact them first and link them to the video as well for full transparency. The answer is they can only offer me a refund because they don't have those in stock anymore, as in they only have them from the marketplace where they're literally twice as expensive than what I paid for it. So no thanks, I contact MSI, which literally tells me there's no support for keyboards and asks me to contact Amazon.
So basically even though I have a defective product they won't fix it nor replace it, because on Amazon side is no longer in stock (wonder why) and MSI doesn't care whatsoever.
Great stuff, I'll go for a refund and buy a different brand that maybe has support instead. First and last MSI product.

"2hr battery life after 4 to 5 hour…"
2hr battery life after 4 to 5 hour charge and MSI blames the consumer for there trash laptop over heating at 720p at 30fps I would expect more from a $900 laptop don't buy they trash they just ripping you off my 1200$ desktop way better then the trash GF63 they sold me but the won't help me a week after I bought it bcuz they said I broke it. They don't care about anything about anything but profits. My new $900 PC fried after a week and they emailed me and said it was my fault.

"I bought the MSI GS66 Stealth laptop…"
I bought the MSI GS66 Stealth laptop for my son's graduation present in March 2021. Here it is November 2022 and it is fried. Obviously it is out of warranty. We took it to a local PC repair shop, and they wanted $1200 to fix a $1100 laptop. They said the motherboard was fried. I reached out to MSI to see if they could help. They messaged me back once to ask for a serial number. After I provided that, nothing, not a peep. I bought my son a replacement laptop, but it was NOT a MSI product! Horrible customer service, don't buy from this company.

"Do not buy any product from MSI"
Do not buy any product from MSI. They are a horrible company. I purchased a GS76 Stealth 11UH-029 17.3” FHD Gaming Laptop with Extended Warranty - 2 Years for $3,239.99. The laptop broke by fault of MSI hardware within 7 months of owning it and I had to send it in for a repair. When they repaired it, they caused another problem with the licensure of Windows and I had to redownload all the drivers manually with MSI on the phone. Another hardware problem came up and I had to send it in for a repair again. I have been without this laptop for over three months. Bernabe Nunez is very unresponsive and they will not give me a refund. Finally, they shipped it to the wrong location and guaranteed me an extension on my warranty and have failed to follow through. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MSI

"Lack of active support for non US customers."
Purchased a new PC at the start of the year, MSI mobo, GPU, AIO. Have always have noise and temperature problems and having shelled out a lot of money was disappointed with my purchase.

By sheer pot luck I happened across an article talking about an MSI recall on my model of AIO but apparently not on my serial number.

I contacted UK MSI and a return was arranged - but only if I took the product out of my PC and waited an unspecified length of time for assessment before a replacement might grudingly be sent.

I questioned the replacement process given in America the replacement is sent out first but it seems not US customers are 2nd rate and I can go whistle.

Somewhat disappointing for a not cheap, critical component from a mainstream manufacturer but has confirmed no need to purchase from them again.

As it happens I contacted my system builder and they sorted me out, so I have just increased the rating on my Cyberpower review.

"This worst company overall from…"
This worst company overall from customer service to supervisor.
The tree is fuckedup so the apple don't fall far.
3 times RMA and the results still trash not make sense.
Peter worst customer service Alex worst supervisor.
I been promised on my second RMA to get upgraded unit GPU and they didn't honor the warranty, instead they sent me a completely defective GPU I return it in same day and they send me another fixed GPU and they didn't issue an upgrade GPU

"Just got a gf75, already regret it."
Just got a gf75 thin not even 2 weeks ago, downloaded the 1 and only game I play, which is completely safe to download, (warthunder), haven't got a week by, until I'm confusingly stuck on the blue screen of death, did everything, command center was useless and windows repair was useless. Brand new laptop bricked. How? I had no choice but to buy a windows recovery disk, I've had an older alienware alpha, which has lower quality specs than the msi gf75 thin. Yet somehow, the alpha never gave me issues, however a brand new msi laptop is full of issues! Just buy an alienware if you're a gamer. DONT SUPPORT THESE THIEVES CALLED "MSI". They're clearly low quality posing as high quality. Don't trust them, don't support them, they deserve to disintegrate in bankruptcy.

"Why do I have to pay for the shipping…"
Why do I have to pay for the shipping on a defective product still under warranty? MSI is located in CA & my new PC Tower is in FL ... so my "free" / "covered" repair is costing me over $270 for 1way transport, packing & insurance. I think it's horrible customer service. Maybe allow for a verified/certified local shop to do pre-authorized repairs & then bill MSI for the costs directly. It would make sense if the concern is about the customer.

"Awful monitors"
Awful monitors. Awful customer service. Won’t be buying msi again. Such poor quality monitor and I’m not even gaming. Just PC work. All blurry and ghosting. MSI won’t do anything. I’ve asked for settings to see and they just refuse. Stick to Lenovo they know best and never had issues.
